(ORD. #99-61 passed 9/28/99) – 7 members: 4 members shall be owners or managers in the tourism industry, at least 3 of whom shall be owners or managers of hotel or motels and all of whom shall be Benton County residents; 2 members shall be members of the Rogers City Council; and 1 member shall be from the public at large. 4 year staggered terms.

The Rogers A&P Commission meets every second Wednesday of the month at 4pm at the Rogers-Lowell Chamber of Commerce.

The city of Rogers collects a 2% hotel tax upon the gross receipts or gross proceeds from renting, leasing or otherwise furnishing of hotel, motel or short term condominium rental accommodations for sleeping, meeting or party room facilities for profit within the city, not to include the rental or lease of such accommodations for periods of thirty days or more.
