Luke can prepare a formal presentation for your group that will include hotel room rates, facilities, amenities, and other pertinent information. Each bid will be customized to meet your group’s specific needs.

Planning Assistance & Contact Liaison

The Destination Rogers staff will be available to assist your group throughout the planning process for your meeting. This service includes assistance with services such as pre- or post-conference tours, arrangement for color guard, entertainment, photographers, caterers, speakers, florists, and more.​

Welcome Letter

Destination Rogers can provide a personalized letter welcoming your attendees on behalf of the City of Rogers.

Welcome Table

Destination Rogers can provide a welcome table stocked with visitor guides, restaurant maps and discounts, area information, and promotional items.

Site Visit

Destination Rogers would love to plan a customized tour of the city and provide complimentary accommodations to pre-qualified planners to allow you to gain a first-hand look at the facilities and amenities that Rogers and Northwest Arkansas has to offer.​
